In 1979, Olde York Homes’ Founder Gary Geiselman bought a neglected Federal period townhouse in York, Pennsylvania and with his father’s guidance, renovated it to serve as his own home. Two years later Olde York Homes was formed, and the company spent the next ten years renovating more than thirty homes in the downtown historic district.

The business expanded to include restoration and renovation of historic structures throughout York County and beyond. Today the work includes buildings from the 18th Century through the 21st Century, as well as unique and new construction projects. Gary, along with partners Mike Bodisch and Vince Paiva, offer years of experience in every aspect of design, estimating and project management.

Olde York Homes is a group of dedicated professionals committed to delivering quality and attention to detail. Over time, an Olde York Homes customer tends to become an Olde York Homes friend.
